Japanese toasted sesame and seaweed seasoning. Great to add extra umami and nuttiness to cooked rice, vegetables, and fish, or in onigiri.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp coarsley ground nori (about 2 nori sheets)
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp dashi granules (optional)

Method
- Ground nori in a food processor with about 2/3rd of the sesame seeds.
- Add the rest of the sesame seeds, salt, sugar and ground dashi granules (if using), give it a quick pulse and your furikake is ready to use!
