Classic Belgian pairing
This Belgian pairing may seem intriguing at first (to say the least), but the sweet peaches perfectly balance out the creamy brininess of the tuna salad. A match made in a strange heaven. Very easy recipe.

Ingredients
- 1, 160g can of tuna (5.5oz)
- 1/4 cup of mayo (4 tbsp)
- 2 half peaches in syrup (half of a 410g | 15oz can), sliced
- 75g salad leaves of choice (2.5oz)
- 1 large carrot, julienned
- Bread, to serve

Method
- Make the tuna salad: mix tuna and mayo in bowl.
- Julienne carrot with a julienne peeler or knife.
- Cut each half peach into 6 slices.
- Assemble: lettuce, carrots, peaches, tuna salad.
