Simple salad bringing together seafood sticks (crab sticks), goat cheese and sweetcorn. Deliciously rich, salty and creamy with fresh pops of sweetcorn.

Ingredients
- 1/2 head of iceberg lettuce
- 6 to 8 seafood sticks, sliced
- 1/2 cup of sweetcorn
- 100g (3.5oz) of goat cheese, crumbled
- Balsamic vinaigrette

Method
- Rinse and drain the lettuce, tear into bite size pieces.
- Slice 6 to 8 seafood sticks (imitation crab stick).
- Assemble all ingredients in a bowl: lettuce, crab sticks, sweetcorn, crumbled goat cheese and vinaigrette.
- Toss and enjoy!
