- Tomato chutney (approx. 3 – 4 tbsp)
- 2 slices of bread
- 40g feta
- Rocket
- Olive oil to finish
Method
- Toast bread.
- Spread a layer of chutney on each slice of bread.
- Sprinkle with crumbled feta.
- Top with rocket and drizzle of olive oil.
