Healthy take on a pizza dip
The taste of pizza with creamy and nutritious cannellini beans hidden under a layer of gooey cheese. This dish is ready in under 20min with minimal effort (just a bit of can & jar opening) and makes for a great mid-week dinner or fun sharing platter for your guests to dig in.

Ingredients
- 1 (420g/ 15oz) can cannellini beans
- Marinara sauce to cover (about 300 to 350g or 11oz)
- 100g shredded mozzarella (about 1 small cup)
- Bread, to serve

Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Drain and rinse beans.
- Layer beans in an oven safe dish (split across 2 dishes is using individual serves – picture 1).
- Cover with marinara.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Bake 15min.
- Finish 3min under the broiler.
- Serve with toasted bread and enjoy!
