Romaine lettuce coated in a simple caesar dressing (3 ingredients + salt & pepper). Originally invented in Mexico this salad is extremely popular across the USA. Serve with bread or croutons. Add grilled chicken to make it a full meal (see substitutions section). You can even turn this salad into a sharing platter by arranging whole lettuce leaves on a plate with a dollop on sauce on each leaf.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise (70g)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 heaping tbsp freshly grated parmesan, + extra to sprinkle on top
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- Romain salad

Method
- Mix together 1/3 cup of mayo, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce and 1 heaping tbsp freshly grated parmesan.
- Add a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper. Taste & adjust seasoning.
- Rinse salad, dry and cut into bite size pieces.
- Dress salad in the sauce and top with extra grated parmesan.
