Cheat Caesar Salad

Romaine lettuce coated in a simple caesar dressing (3 ingredients + salt & pepper). Originally invented in Mexico this salad is extremely popular across the USA. Serve with bread or croutons. Add grilled chicken to make it a full meal (see substitutions section). You can even turn this salad into a sharing platter by arranging whole lettuce leaves on a plate with a dollop on sauce on each leaf.
