Quick Feta & Red Pepper Dip

This flavour packed dip come together in just a couple of minutes. Simply blend 2 flavour bombs together get a dish that tastes like hours spent in the kitchen. Serve with bread and crudités of your choice. Adapt the ratio to your preference.

Makes: ~1 cup | Time: <5 min

Ingredients

  • 1 (200g | 7oz) block of feta
  • 1/3 of a (290g | 10oz) jar of roasted red peppers, drained
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste

Method

  1. Add the feta and the red pepper to a food processor and mix. Alternatively you can use a handheld blender. You can also add more feta or more peppers to taste.
  2. Serve with sides of your choices and enjoy!
