Banana Oats Smoothie

Easy and filling smoothie great as breakfast or snack! Ready in under 5min. Makes one big glass or 2 small.

Serves: 350ml / 1.5 cup | Time: <5 min

Ingredients

  • 1 orange, juiced (about 1/2 cup of juice)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup of oats
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt

Method

  1. Juice the orange.
  2. Using a blender or hand mixer, mix together: the juice of the orange, the banana, 1/4 cup of oats and 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt. Blend.
  3. Enjoy!
