Ingredients
- 4 tortillas
- Marinara sauce
- Cheese of choice (mozzarella, etc.)
- Diced onion (approx. 1/4 onion)
- Diced pepper (approx. 1/4 pepper)
Method
- Dice onion and pepper.
- If needed, grate cheese.
- Heat a pan on medium heat.
- Spread marinara on the 1st tortilla, edge to edge.
- Cover with grated cheese, then diced onions and peppers.
- Spread marinara on the 2nd tortilla and close the “pizza” (marinara and toppings on the inside).
- Heat in a pan a few minutes per side, until the tortilla gets a nice browning and the cheese is melted.
- Cut in triangles to serve.
