Simple Pizzadilla

Tasty lunch, ready in a flash

Delicious lunch on the go ready in under 10min. Serve with a salad for a complete meal or double the portion size to fill you up!

Makes: 2 | Time: <10 min

Ingredients

  • 4 tortillas
  • Marinara sauce
  • Cheese of choice (mozzarella, etc.)
  • Diced onion (approx. 1/4 onion)
  • Diced pepper (approx. 1/4 pepper)

Method

  1. Dice onion and pepper.
  2. If needed, grate cheese.
  3. Heat a pan on medium heat.
  4. Spread marinara on the 1st tortilla, edge to edge.
  5. Cover with grated cheese, then diced onions and peppers.
  6. Spread marinara on the 2nd tortilla and close the “pizza” (marinara and toppings on the inside).
  7. Heat in a pan a few minutes per side, until the tortilla gets a nice browning and the cheese is melted.
  8. Cut in triangles to serve.
  9. Enjoy!

Substitutions
