Simple and healthy toast for breakfast, brunch or a light lunch.

Ingredients
- 2 to 4 bread slices (depending on size)
- 2 avocados, mashed
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt
- Sriracha
- 70g feta, crumbled
- Coriander (optional)

Method
- Toast the bread slices (4 small or 2 big).
- Open, core and peel 2 avocados. Place in a bowl.
- Add a generous pinch of salt and the juice of 1 lime.
- Mash, taste and adjust seasoning.
- Top each slice of toast with mashed avocado and a drizzle of sriracha.
- Divide the crumbled feta across the slices.
- If using, add coriander.
- Enjoy!
