Smoked Salmon Paté

Creamy, smokey and zesty. Great in a sandwich, even better with toasted bread and a crisp glass of white! Make sure to use cooked smoked fish.

Serves: 2 | Time: 5 min

Ingredients

  • 125g of ready to eat hot smoked salmon filet
  • 80g of cream cheese
  • 1/2 of a lemon, zest and juice
  • 1 tbsp horseradish sauce

Method

  1. Shred the salmon.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix (80g of cream cheese, zest and juice of 1/2 a lemon, 2 tbsp of horseradish sauce).
  3. Enjoy with a crusty bread!
