Quick recipe for when you have limited time but want a flavour punch.

Ingredients
Base
- 6 fajita wraps
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper (or 2 halves of different colours)
- 1 chicken breast, cut into strips
- Oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp of corn starch
- 1 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp of white sugar
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of onion powder
- 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp of ground cumin
Sides: grated cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole.

Method
- Mix all the seasoning ingredients together: 1/2 tbsp of corn starch, 1 tsp of cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp of white sugar, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of onion powder, 1/4 tsp of garlic powder and 1/4 tsp of cumin.
- Cut your ingredients:
- Slice the onion.
- Cut the bell pepper into strips.
- Cut the chicken into thin strips.
- Heat a pan over medium heat with a dash of oil and add the onion. Sauté for a couple of minutes to soften.
- Turn the heat up to medium high, add the bell peppers and sauté for another minute.
- Add the chicken, sauté a minute to just start the cooking. Add the spices and cook until the chicken is fully cooked through.
- Serve with tortilla wraps, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), salsa, shredded cheese and guacamole.
